Thirteen ways to look at a rose intro.

Among many floral inhabitance
The sweetest smelling creature
Is the exquisite rose.

Don't let your rose collapse
No one shall take your peddles away
You are beautiful in full bloom.

Be patient young rose,
Your time will come.
Spring is here, and full bloom is near.

Violins Instead of Violence

This is what I am sort of thinking for my next painting, but I want the arm to be brutally severed yet still holding onto the knife.

Leaf Fragment

I have some furry PEZ dispensers

Fall Leaves

This is a sketch of some leaves I found outside of my house. After drawing them I decided to try to find what kind of leaves they actually were. I'm not sure if this is right, but the dark leaf is a dogwood, the leaf with five long points is some kind of maple, and the last leaf is a sugar maple, I think.

This is another sketch of a hand. I love sketching hands because they are so interesting, twisting with curves and shaddows. You can look at a hand for years and years, but never see anything close to the full detail they posses.
